What these terms cover

These terms concern this public information website. They do not replace agreements that apply to existing app users or participating businesses. Let’s is a product name; this site does not represent that a company has been registered under that name.

Information and availability

Features described here may depend on app version, permissions, business configuration and connectivity. Screenshots show example or test workspaces, not an offer of a particular appointment or a guarantee of results. Information may change, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Responsible use

Do not use this site or the Let’s name to impersonate another person, misrepresent a business, distribute false records, infringe others’ rights, introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access. Do not submit confidential records, passwords or payment-card details through support correspondence.

Business and user information

Businesses and users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions for information they supply. A business’s own prices, availability, policies and services are its responsibility. Inclusion in a screenshot is not verification or endorsement. Check important details directly with the business before relying on them.

Reports and payments

Travel, expense and earnings tools assist with record keeping. Their outputs require review and are not tax, accounting, legal or statutory payroll advice or filings. Payment records describe cash or external payments; they do not independently verify or process a payment.

Limits and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is not accepted for loss caused by a user’s misuse or inaccurate third-party information where that loss is not caused by the operator’s own breach of a legal duty. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or limit mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Nothing here makes another person responsible for the operator’s own unlawful conduct.

Links, software and updates

External websites have their own policies. Use the Downloads page to check release availability; an unavailable release is not an invitation to download an unverified copy elsewhere. Revised website terms will be dated on this page and will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
